PRE-ORDER

Is anything ever easy when you’re rushing at the last second? Don’t wait. ORDER BELOW – your almost there.  You may not be able to order on picture day.

Who chooses the images?

As part of our process to build confidence, we encourage YOUR ATHLETE to choose.  Team images are chosen by the photographer and are approved by the school.

Do I have to buy?

Nope.  Please fill out a PARTICIPATION ONLY WAIVER before you come and we will photograph your athlete for the team image.

Worried you won't like something?

Your happiness matters!  Email or call us with any concerns and we will make any necessary corrections.  If you’re still not satisfied, we offer your money back for the value of the images you are not pleased with.  So no need to worry.  We’ve got you covered!

Why do you pre-order?

Not only is picture day a breeze for you if you order before you come, we are better organized for you. Picture day is actually enjoyable!

How do I recieve my prints and digitals?

After we ship the prints to the school, we create an online gallery for you to download your images from. You will receive an email when this is available. If you missed the email, no worries, click on PARENT PORTAL and follow along.

Can I be with my athlete when pictures are being taken?

In order to keep our flow going smooth, we ask that parents stay in the waiting area. We realize it may be hard to trust that we will do a good job so if you have any special concerns, please tell us in your order.  It’s ok to be picky.  Communicate your expectations and we’ll do our best!  

When will the images be finished?

Please allow up to one month for us to complete everyones order.  Our team images are all custom.  Instead of photographing everyone all together, we cut and paste to get exactly the look that makes everyone shine.  It’s a lot more work but worth it in the end.     We will notifiy you and the school when they are ready.

If I'm not ordering, why do you need my information?

This is how we stay organized.  We shoot everyone individually for the team images and check the rosters to see who was there.  If we don’t have a record of your athlete’s attendance, they may be missed and not placed on the team photo.  Plus, we need your permission to photograph them.  See our participation only waiver for details.

Why can picture day take up to 2 hours?

We work very hard to not take 2 hours, however there are things that can come up beyond our control. Plus, we want this to be great experience for everyone and that simply takes time. Note: Dancers with multiple outfits will take longer.
