I (parent/guardian) hereby grant Creative Athletics Photography, LLC the right to use and publish any images and photographs taken of subject(s) I have jurisdiction over, whether a purchase is made or not; to further promote its service, included but not limited to: portfolio, web site, display, advertisement, editorial use and social media. Assume that all team/individual images of your child COULD be posted on the internet either by you, Creative Athletics Photography, LLC or the school your athlete attends. If you have an issue with your child’s image getting on the internet please do not let them participate or you must contact Creative Athletics Photography, LLC and your athlete’s school to let us know of your posting needs. We will not be held liable for images released on the internet. By purchasing, you are agreeing to these terms.
The images that are being provided to me are licensed to my own personal use, including but not limited to: printing, copying, emailing, and web publishing. My license does not include use that results in financial gain, including but not limited to: advertising, stock photography, entering contests, print sale profits, or resale of any nature. Creative Athletics Photography, LLC is released from any liability due to loss or damage of the images, and also releases Creative Athletics Photography, LLC from any obligation to maintain copies of any digital file, image, or photograph.
Posting any images to social media or like manor is allowed for personal reasons, however I may not alter the image in any way shape or form, including but not limited to: crop, re-edit, applying filters, applying various effects or removing the watermark, doing so is copyright infringement. Photo credit must also be given to Creative Athletics Photography, LLC in the accompanying verbiage. Creative Athletics Photography, LLC retains all copyrights to the images and derivative works thereof. Creative Athletics Photography, LLC may revoke this license at any time and for any reason.
I (parent/guardian) hereby freely and expressly accept and assume all risks and responsibility for any, losses and/or damages following such injury, disability, paralysis or death however caused and whether caused in whole or in part by the negligence of Creative Athletics Photography, LLC. I agree to RELEASE, FOREVER DISCHARGE, INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS Creative Athletics Photography, LLC from any and all losses, damages, costs and attorney’s fees resulting from any claims or suits for personal injury, death and/or property damage that may in any way arise out of my participation in these activities, related activities or use of Creative Athletics Photography, LLC’s premises, equipment, or any equipment regardless of how or by whom or by what the personal injury, death and/or property damage was caused.
